What a year!

In 2012, Embassy II was not only the most successful approved stallion out of German breed, but also nationally the most successful German bred showjumping horse. Accustomed to winning, Hans-Dieter Dreher and Embassy II have grown together to a congenial dream team: They won the GP at the Löwen Classics in Braunschweig, a bit later in Munich, at the Whitsun Show in Wiesbaden, Donaueschingen and Crans Montana/SUI. In Calgary/CAN, Embassy II and Hans-Dieter Dreher were part of the victorious German Nations Cup Team and Embassy II received a special award as best Hanoverian at the international competition. They achieved outstanding placings at the CHIO Aachen (twice 2nd and place 4 at the GP*****), Monte Carlo/MO, Lummen/BEL and Pforzheim. At the CHIO in Aachen 2012, Embassy II was awarded with the „Halla“-statue as the most successful show jumping horse. The indoor season 2012/13 as well started more than promising: A victory in Vienna/AUT and high placings in Rio de Janeiro/BRA, Lyon/FRA and Stuttgart. Again and again, Embassy II and „Hansi“ enthuse the public with strength, ambition, attitude, quickness and scope. A conventional set-up preceded his international career: Winnings and high placings in elementary classes for young show jumpers with marks up to 9,4. Two times successful participant at the Federal Championship of the German jumping horse in Warendorf, numerous placings at s-level in international youngster tours at the age of 7 and participant at the World Championship of young show jumpers in Lanaken/BEL.

Sire: Escudo I was stallion performance test winner, Vice Federal Champion and successful in show jumping competitions up to advanced (S) level. In 2009, Escudo I was awarded Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. With his breeding performance he contributes to the continuing revival of the old Hanoverian "E" line. All in all, 32 sons of Escudo I are licensed and 70 mares are awarded state premium.

Dam: State premium mare Sammy Jo was several times awarded I a and competed successfully in show jumping up to level M/A. In 2012, she was especially honoured as „dam of the year“ by the Hanoverian Association.  Damsire Silvio I produced numerous licensed sons and international show jumpers, of which Shutterfly/Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum played a predominat role in the equestrian sport worldwide. Calypso II, the third link in the chain of ancestors, is one of the most important sires in Germany, whose progeny distinguish themselves by outstanding jumping scores as well as by excellent rideability. The Hanoverian dam line 618/Jali (Jurein-Nordwind) originates from he Hanoverian stronghold of jumping horses `Splietau´. From this line also descend the stallions Salido (PB OS and Belgium) and Wagram Z (PB Belgium).
